Contact
One email address, read by a person, is our single point of contact for everyone: people using omega-share, and authorities. It is the address under "Who runs omega-share" above, including for people using the service under DSA Art. 12.
Our contact languages are English and Dutch. We answer without undue delay.
For authorities
The same address is our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act (Art. 11) for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services.
Reporting a room
In any room, "Report room" opens a short form: pick a reason and, if you like, add a note. The report goes only to the people who run omega-share, never to the room's host or anyone in it, and it's anonymous, so we can't reply to it.
What happens next: a person reads the reports at least once a day. If the room breaks our house rules or the law, we take it down for good: everyone in it is sent out and its address never works again. Otherwise we close the report. What a report keeps, and for how long, is on the privacy page.
Reporting illegal content (with an answer)
To report illegal content and hear back from us, email a notice to omegashare.support@gmail.com (DSA Art. 16). Please include:
- why you think it is illegal, in enough detail for us to check;
- exactly where it is: the room's exact web address, and what in it (the title, the video playing, or something said in the chat, with the time);
- your name and email address;
- a sentence saying you believe in good faith that your notice is accurate and complete.
For child sexual abuse material your name and email are not needed. We confirm that we received your notice, decide on it without delay, and tell you what we decided and how you can challenge it. Chat isn't stored, so for something said in the chat, the room and the time are all we can go on.
Removing a room
A room's owner can delete it from the room at any time. If a room needs to go and you can't delete it yourself, for example because it shows your personal data, write to the address above with the room's web address and why. Please don't use public issues for this.

Report security problems privately to the address above, not in public.
